With the advancement of space exploration and the potential for long-duration missions , it is crucial to equip pharmacists with the specialized knowledge and skills needed to provide pharmaceutical care in this unique setting. In this letter, I will discuss future potential roles of pharmacist in space, present a table outlining the necessary training areas for pharmacists working in zero gravity environments, address unique challenges, provide recommendations and propose solutions for creating a supportive ecosystem of pharmacy in zero gravity environments.
