Abstract

The indiscriminate use of this group has contributed to increase or precipitate the incidence of patients with kidney failure. Therefore the importance of knowing this complications, in order to be able to treat, prevent and avoid this complication. This makes us considerate other group of pain killers, such as opioids, which have better analgesic effect and less impact in kidneys, this makes them versatile in various cases: like acute pain, chronic pain and breakthrough pain.
