Abstract

Endometrial carcinoma (EC) is a type of epithelial malignancy prevalent in about 8% of the total malignancies in women. Development of new treatment methods is vital for improving the prognosis of endometrial cancer. High Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) is a safe method for oncological treatment with low complication rate. However, EC treatment by HIFU is rarely reported and its mechanism is unclear.
