IntroducciÃ³n: Si bien la primera causa de crisis epilÃ©pticas en la poblaciÃ³n adulta mayor es el accidente cerebrovascular, un importante diagnÃ³stico diferencial corresponde al limb shaking syndrome, una manifestaciÃ³n clÃnica particular de un accidente isquÃ©mico transitorio.
