The results of a survey conducted by the authors among Ukrainian veterans and military personnel within the framework of the UK-Ukraine twinning grants scheme (Project UUT06 \"Digitisation as a means of improving accessibility of Higher Education to Ukrainian veterans\") have shown that the veterans and military personnel are ready to get a new education, but have rather low level of digital learning tools awareness.
