Problems of providing the population of the Orenburg Region with bakery products

Abstract

The article deals with an important regional problem of the shortage of bakery products, as well as options for increasing production and supply of products to rural areas of the Orenburg Region in order to provide the population with high-quality bakery products in sufficient volume.
