Abstract
On March 17, 2023, the International Criminal Court (ICC) issued an arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin. The court alleges that he is responsible for war crimes committed since Russia's invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022, including the illegal deportation of Ukrainian children to Russia.
