Data naznaÄujĂ postupnĂŠ sniĹžovĂĄnĂ genderovĂ˝ch rozdĂlĹŻ v konzumaci alkoholu, coĹž zdĹŻrazĹuje potĹebu genderovÄ citlivĂ˝ch sluĹžeb lĂŠÄby alkoholu. CĂlem studie je analyzovat souÄasnĂ˝ stav protialkoholnĂch lĂŠÄebnĂ˝ch sluĹžeb v ÄeskĂŠ republice a identifikovat nedostatky systĂŠmu s ohledem na rostoucĂ vĂ˝skyt poruchy uĹžĂvĂĄnĂ alkoholu (AUD) u Ĺžen. Studie kombinuje analĂ˝zu relevantnĂch dokumentĹŻ a dostupnĂ˝ch statistickĂ˝ch dat s explorativnĂmi rozhovory expertĹŻ. Data byla analyzovĂĄna pomocĂ tematickĂŠ analĂ˝zy. Bylo identifikovĂĄno pÄt klĂÄovĂ˝ch tĂŠmat souvisejĂcĂch s lĂŠÄbou AUD u Ĺžen: nĂzkĂĄ dostupnost sluĹžeb lĂŠÄby AUD; chybÄjĂcĂ genderovÄ citlivĂŠ sluĹžby; ĹĄpatnÄ fungujĂcĂ prevence AUD; roztĹĂĹĄtÄnost a nedostatek koordinace mezi sluĹžbami, dvojĂ sociĂĄlnĂ stigmatizace Ĺžen s AUD. Z analĂ˝zy vyplĂ˝vĂĄ, Ĺže systĂŠm lĂŠÄby AUD v ÄeskĂŠ republice je koncipovĂĄn jako jednotnĂ˝ systĂŠm pro muĹže a Ĺženy.
