Lung cancer infiltrating the chest wall: a narrative review

Abstract

Background and Objective: Primary lung cancer that invades the thoracic wall presents a clinical challenge. The treatment strategies for this presentation remain controversial and involve multidisciplinary evaluation. The aim of this study was to analyze the recently published literature and provide a summary of the indications and treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) invading the chest wall (CW).
