Abstract

高级体育指导员DISC行为类型、工作满意度与组织公民行为的相关研究
本研究从2022年11月至2023年1月,对京畿道、首尔、仁川、世宗等地的体育中心、银色体育中心、老人福利中心等13个设施的219名高级体育指导员进行了调查,并对他们的DISC行为类型、工作满意度、组织公民行为之间的关系进行了调查,得出了以下结论。第一,高级体育指导员的DISC行为类型对其工作满意度有显著的正向影响。第二,高级体育指导员的DISC行为类型对其组织公民行为有显著的正向影响。第三,高级体育指导员的工作满意度对其组织公民行为有显著的正向影响。本研究的结论实证证实了高级体育指导员的DISC行为类型是影响工作满意度和组织公民行为的关键变量。因此,我们认为迫切需要形成适合教练员行为类型的工作体系,开发和应用适合教练员行为类型的工作方案,希望本研究的结论能够为培养高级体育教练员这一“积极老龄化”的长期目标做出贡献。
