Abstract

The purpose of this study is to observe the effect of Comparison of Exercise on FNDC5 / irisin pathway in diet-induced obese rats. To achieve this purpose, 48 male Sprague-Dawley rats were fed a high-fat diet and were subjected to swimming exercise and voluntary exercise for 6 weeks. Compared to normal diet control group, normal diet+swimming exercise group, normal diet+voluntary wheel running exercise group, high fat diet group, high fat diet+swimming exercise group, high fat diet+ voluntary wheel running exercise group PGC-1αexpression was no showed significantly, FNDC5 expression respectively group was no showed significantly. Irisin was significantly decreased in thenormal diet+swimming exercise group, normal diet+voluntary wheel running exercise group, high fat diet group, high fat diet+swimming exercise group, high fat diet+voluntary wheel running significantly decreased.BR For the change of adipose tissue, Compared to normal diet control group, normal diet+swimming exercise group, normal diet+voluntary wheel running exercise group, high fat diet group, high fat diet+swimming exercise group, high fat diet+voluntary wheel running exercise group UCP-1 expression was significantly decreased alos PPAR-γexpression was compared to normal diet control group, normal diet+swimming exercise group, normal diet+voluntary wheel running exercise group, high fat diet group, high fat diet+swimming exercise group, high fat diet+voluntary wheel running exercise group significantly decreased. Therefore, the results suggest that in the browning of observed fat according to the diet and exercise method, diet and regular endurance exercise present positive results in controlled fat browning, based on the exercise mechanism and active study in relation to various diet and exercise methods What can allocate a small number of factors such as increased utilization of energy and anti-obesity and metabolic syndrome are metabolized.
