As well as Breckenridge Chair of Clinical Pharmacology at the University of Liverpool, Professor Reecha Sofat is Vice President (Clinical) of the British Pharmacological Society and an Associate Director for the British Heart Foundation Data Science Centre. Here, Professor Sofat talks to Joy Ogden about her research to improve understanding of disease and the effective use of medicines, and how her various roles complement each other.
