Abstract

The article discusses the problems of personnel adaptation in an educational institution (using the example of IPSM RANEPA). It is emphasized that the currently existing methodology for personnel adaptation is poorly applicable in the field of higher education and is rarely found in the practical field. Modern methods and tools for adapting employees in the organization have been studied.
