Abstract

In recent years, many doctors and other healthcare workers choose to work in the aesthetic beauty industry. This study used a quantitative research method by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale. Using the SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) technique, a sample of 237 healthcare workers who worked in beauty clinics was obtained. The findings showed that HR management practices and working atmosphere positively and significantly affect job satisfaction and ultimately increase their intention to stay.
