Abstract

The Pharmafluence Education Advancement Network (PEAN) organized a science career outreach program at a special education school in Nigeria, inspiring over 110 hearing-impaired students to pursue science careers. The students participated in hands-on activities, received informative booklets and expressed concerns about educational and employment inequalities. PEAN aims to break barriers, promote inclusivity and empower students with disabilities. This initiative highlights the transformative power of education and the importance of equal opportunities for all individuals.
