Abstract

The main objective of this research is measuring the effect of voluntary simple lifestyle on mental well-being. The ancillary objective of the research is determining the differences in the effect of voluntary simple lifestyle on mental well-being based on gender and educational status. The data were acquired on a voluntary basis from 608 participants aged 18 and over by convenience sampling method in the study.
