Abstract

Employee performance management appraisal system is very important for the organization. It can promote the achievement of goals, improve the quality and efficiency of work, stimulate employee motivation and personal growth, optimize the allocation of resources and talent management, and contribute to the establishment of a fair and just work environment. Through effective performance management appraisal system, organizations can better realize the optimization of internal management and human resources, and improve the overall performance and competitiveness.
