The experiment group received a nursing that includes aromatherapy and acupoint massage, and the reference group received routine midwifery nursing. Bad mood, pain degree, sleep quality, labor time, and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: Before nursing, there was no statistically significant difference in all the observation indicators between the two groups (P > 0.05). After nursing, the anxiety, depression, and other negative emotions, pain degrees, sleep quality, and satisfaction degree of the experiment group were significantly better than those in the reference group (P < 0.05). The duration of labor in the experiment group was shorter than that of the reference group (P<0.05). 芳香疗法结合穴位按摩促进初产妇自然分娩的临床研究

目的:探讨和分析芳香疗法结合穴位按摩促进初产妇自然分娩的临床研究。方法:选取2022年5月~ 2023年5月在我院产科分娩的初产妇100例，分为实验组(n = 50)和参照组(n = 50)。实验组给予包括芳香疗法和穴位按摩在内的护理，参照组给予常规助产护理。比较两组患者的不良情绪、疼痛程度、睡眠质量、劳动时间和满意度。结果:护理前，两组患者各项观察指标比较，差异均无统计学意义(P >0.05)。护理后，实验组患者的焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪、疼痛程度、睡眠质量、满意度均显著优于对照组(P <0.05)。实验组产程明显短于对照组(p < 0.05)。结论:芳香疗法结合穴位按摩可促进初产妇自然分娩，值得广泛应用和推广。
