It is hoped that by using the mediae-learning with SCORM standards, teacher competence can increase, so that the quality of students will indirectly improve. The purpose of this study was to determine differences in the ability of teachers to develop teaching materials on aspects of knowledge between those using the mediae-learning SCORM standard with modules. The method used in this research is a quasi-experimental designcontrol group pre-test post-test. The results of the study show that there is an influence on the use of mediae - learning SCORM standards for improving teacher pedagogic competence at SDN 008 Rokan IV Koto. Abstract
Teachers have more limited time to improve their abilities than transferring material to students. 比起把材料传授给学生,教师提高自身能力的时间更有限。希望通过使用SCORM标准的媒介学习,可以提高教师的能力,从而间接地提高学生的素质。本研究的目的是确定教师在使用中等学习SCORM标准和模块之间编写知识方面教材的能力的差异。本研究采用准实验设计,对照组前测后测。本研究结果显示,在SDN 008 Rokan IV Koto,使用媒体学习SCORM标准对教师教学能力的提高有影响。具体而言,研究结论如下:(1)SCORM标准下的媒体使用学习对教师知识方面的教材开发能力有显著影响;(2)使用具有SCORM标准的媒介学习对教师开发理解方面的教材的能力有显著影响;(3)使用中等学习SCORM标准对教师在应用方面编写教材的能力没有显著影响
