Abstract

Background: Endometriosis is a chronic condition affecting females in the reproductive period. Variable medical treatment options have been provided with comparable results to surgery. Objective: Comparing dienogest treatment and surgical excision of endometrioma regarding patients' satisfaction and Quality of life.
