The results of the study reveal several factors that influence employee happiness and are critical for both employees and organisations. The findings indicate factors such as work environment, work-life balance, leadership, reward and recognition, etc., are the top factors that influence employee happiness. Further, the study also explains the managerial implications of these factors. Abstract

The main purpose of the study is to explore the factors of employee happiness through an extensive literature survey. The study has used a review-based descriptive method and it has scrutinised approximately 100 research papers to find the prominent factors of employee happiness.
