DEVELOPMENT OF A MODEL OF A MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR INNOVATION PROJECTS IN THE ACTIVITIES OF ENTERPRISES IN THE INFOCOMMUNICATION INDUSTRY

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to develop, based on the definition of the main theoretical and methodological aspects of the algorithm of the project management system in the innovative activities of commercial organizations operating in the field of information communications and to propose promising development opportunities in the practice of information communication enterprises. The object of scientific work is the Russian infocommunication enterprises of the Russian economy; the subject is the process of developing an algorithm for managing innovative projects in the project management system of innovations of the infocommunication enterprise. The article analyzed the theoretical and methodological aspects of developing an algorithm for the project management system in the innovative activities of commercial organizations operating in the field of information communications. A solution to the problems associated with the formation of an algorithm for managing innovative projects for information and communication enterprises has been proposed. It was concluded that the results of such management increase economic security and business competitiveness.
