Abstract

This paper takes the Human Resource Management course of the School of Economics and Management in Nantong University as the research object. Based on the concept of OBE, it attempts to explore how the human resource management course in colleges and universities can effectively carry out the teaching reform and innovation practice by constructing the five-in-one teaching system under the current digital background. The paper mainly takes qualitative research method and draw such conclusions as teaching objectives, teaching contents, teaching evaluation and teaching means should all be transformed according to OBE concept in order to cultivate qualified human resource management talents.
基于OBE理念的人力资源管理教学改革的创新探索与实践
本文以南通大学经济管理学院人力资源管理课程为研究对象。本文试图以OBE的理念为基础,通过构建数字化背景下的“五位一体”教学体系,探索高校人力资源管理课程如何有效地进行教学改革与创新实践。本文主要采用定性研究方法,得出教学目标、教学内容、教学评价、教学手段等方面都要按照OBE理念进行转变,以培养合格的人力资源管理人才的结论。
