The particles were spherical, around 98.5 nm in size with a polydispersity index (P.I) of 0.813 and the surface charge was -11.6 mV. About 20% of free amino groups present in GNPs-GTP are made by microwave-assisted method with an encapsulation efficiency of 69.8 %. Abstract
