Research on the Teaching Strategy of English Translation in Colleges and Universities Under the Background of New Liberal Arts

Abstract

The construction of New Liberal Arts has put forward new requirements for translation teaching. There are many problems in translation teaching in colleges and universities, which affects the improvement of students' translation ability. It is disadvantageous to the students’ learning and development in the future. Therefore, it is necessary to cultivate students’ cross-cultural communication awareness, and solve problems with proper translation teaching strategies, and improve students’ translation ability.
