A total number of 250 students which comprise 124 males and 126 females were assessed using questionnaires. Data was analyzed using “SPSS statistics version 20”. The variable measurements were presented as mean ± SD. The differences between the two groups that is males and females were compared by using “independent sample t-test”. The correlation between the variables were found using Pearson’s and Partial correlation. Values of p < 0.05 were deemed as level of significant. The present study shows negative or no relationship between birth order position and intelligent quotient in the population study. Independent sample t-test for sexual dimorphism of the variables shows that no significant difference. 本研究旨在探讨吉加瓦州杜塞联邦大学医学及相关健康科学学院学生的出生顺序位置与智商的关系。共有250名学生,其中124名男生和126名女生通过问卷调查进行了评估。数据分析采用“SPSS statistics version 20”软件。变量测量值以mean±SD表示。使用“独立样本t检验”比较男女两组之间的差异。使用Pearson’s和偏相关来发现变量之间的相关性。p <的值;0.05为显著水平。在人口研究中,出生顺序位置与智商呈负相关或无相关。变量性别二态性的独立样本t检验显示差异不显著。关键词:关系,出生顺序,智商,学生
