Using the created ELISA test system for the detection of antibodies to myostatin in the blood of sheep, it was shown that rMST is immunogenic (the working titer of sera is 1/400–1/800). Abstract

Protein myostatin is not only a potential target for therapeutic effects in pathologies of the muscular system, but also a tool for biotechnological regulation of the meat productivity of farm animals.
