Statistical methods were used based on (SPSS- Version-20) to answer the questions and testing hypotheses. The study concluded that the level of availability the characteristics of learning organization in the social Security Corporation in the southern region of Jordan, and that the level of effectiveness of crisis management stages level have a high degree. The study showed that there is a statistically significant effect for the characteristics of learning organization and all its dimensions on the effectiveness of crisis management stages. Abstract

The study aimed to analyze the impact of learning organization characteristics in the effectiveness of crisis management stages in the social security corporation, Southern region of Jordan.
