The research results indicate a negative and significant partial effect of quality of work life on turnover intention. There is also a positive and significant partial effect of quality of work life on job satisfaction. Furthermore, there is a negative and significant partial effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention. Lastly, there is an indirect effect of quality of work life on turnover intention through job satisfaction. Abstract

The research aims are to determine the influence of quality of work life on turnover intention, the impact of quality of work life on job satisfaction, the influence of job satisfaction on turnover intention, and the indirect effect of quality of work life on turnover intention through job satisfaction among employees.
