The forms of these activities are Workshops and Assistance in the Implementation of Classroom Action Research (PTK), Development of Learning Media and Making Innovative Works. The empowerment strategies carried out for Sukoharjo 4 State Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers are: 1) Workshops on implementing Classroom Action Research, Development of Learning Media and Making Innovative Works. 2) Organize activities to assist the implementation of Classroom Action Research, Development of Learning Media and Making Innovative Works. The participation method used in Community Service is Community Based Research (CBR). The survey that was delivered to 25 teachers who took part in the training showed that 80% were civil servants, namely around 20 people. This is a consideration for the selection of assisted subjects.
