However, along with the decline in COVID-19 cases, the government has provided recommendations and the freedom for learning to be carried out with limited face-to-face meetings. One of the essential learning tools to support online and offline learning is digital learning media. Teachers and prospective teachers can develop digital learning media with four aspects, namely content, learning design, learning media and communication, as well as implementation power and user response. The aim of this study is to provide an in-depth description of the quality of content aspects, learning design and the construct of digital learning media for PGSD (Primary School Teacher Education) students. This research employed a qualitative research design. The research model used in this study is a descriptive model describing the quality of digital learning media developed by PGSD students. It was conducted at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang and the University of Borneo. The subjects in this study were UMM PGSD and Borneo University PGSD students. The instruments used in this study were observation guidelines, questionnaires, assessment instruments and interviews. The average quality of the content aspect reached 86%, the learning design aspect reached 83%, and the construct aspect reached 85%, all three of which showed outstanding results. 新冠肺炎疫情已经持续了两年,对包括学习相关教育在内的各个领域都产生了重大影响。然而,随着新冠肺炎病例的减少,政府提供了建议,并通过有限的面对面会议提供了学习的自由。支持在线和离线学习的基本学习工具之一是数字学习媒体。教师和准教师可以从内容、学习设计、学习媒介和传播、实施力和用户响应四个方面开发数字学习媒体。本研究旨在深入探讨小学教师教育(PGSD)学生数位学习媒体的内容品质、学习设计与建构。本研究采用定性研究设计。本研究使用的研究模型是描述PGSD学生开发的数字学习媒体质量的描述性模型。该研究是在穆罕默德迪亚·马朗大学和婆罗洲大学进行的。本研究的对象为umumpgsd和Borneo University PGSD学生。本研究使用的工具是观察指南、问卷调查、评估工具和访谈。内容方面的平均质量达到86%,学习设计方面的平均质量达到83%,建构方面的平均质量达到85%,三个方面都表现出优异的成绩。在教与学的过程中,质量优异的数字学习媒体的存在会增加学生的学习动机。
