Abstract

: In the trajectory of China's urban-rural integration process, there exists a significant development disparity between the southeast coast and the northwest region. This urban-rural dichotomy has become a salient factor in the assessment of rural urbanization dynamics. At the national level, there's an imperative to propel technological advancements, foster economic acceleration, and enact policy recalibrations to catalyze financial upliftment of the underserved regions. It is incumbent upon local governing bodies to strategically harness endogenous resources, assimilate contemporary agricultural methodologies, and drive economic innovation. The symbiotic relationship between cities and rural landscapes is quintessential; urban centers ought to augment their service delivery and infrastructural footprint, whilst rural domains should leverage intrinsic industrial competencies to attract and retain talent.
