President of Indonesian Republic, Joko Widodo, announced to establish PSBB as a decision taken by the government in response to a Health Emergency caused by Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic. The purpose of this study is to describe the economic impact of PSBB policy implementation particularly in Depok City which was carried out as an effort to overcome COVID-19. This research conducted by a qualitative approach with descriptive-analytics methods. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the PSBB greatly impacts the economic sectors in Depok City, including the tourism sector, MSMEs and employment. The impact of the pandemic on tourism sector due to the closure of tourist destinations. In addition, the impact of PSBB is a decrease in people's income, which lead to lower purchasing power.
