Abstract

Puberte prekoks (PP), kızlarda sekonder cinsel özelliklerin sekiz yaşından önce başlamasıdır. Hipotalamus hipofiz-gonad ekseninin erken aktivasyonu nedeniyle "merkezi puberte prekoks (CPP)" meydana gelir.
