INFORMAL EMPLOYMENT: INTEGRATIVE APPROACH

Abstract

Введение: в статье рассматриваются различные подходы к пониманию внутреннего содержания трудовой деятельности, выявляются противоречия теоретико-прикладного анализа незарегистрированных и неучтенных трудовых отношений, формулируется гипотеза о необходимости интегративного подхода к пониманию сущности неформальной занятости населения. Материалы и методы: в работе применены метод системного анализа и синергетического синтеза, а также формально-логический метод исследования с использованием функционального анализа. Результаты исследования: рассмотрен феномен неформальной занятости населения сквозь призму различных предметных подходов, выявлены угрозы личности, общества, государства от неформальной занятости, определены ценность и алгоритм интегрального подхода к изучению неформальных трудовых отношений. Обсуждение и заключение: автор статьи приходит к выводу, что целостное понимание феномена неформальной занятости возможно только в рамках интегративного подхода с выявлением экономических, социальных, психологических и т.п. детерминант. Introduction: the article discusses various approaches to understanding the internal content of labor activity, identifies contradictions in the theoretical and applied analysis of unregistered and unrecorded labor relations, forms a hypothesis about the need for an integrative approach to understanding the essence of informal employment of the population. Materials and Methods: the work uses the method of system analysis and synergetic synthesis, as well as the formal-logical method of research using functional analysis. Results: the phenomenon of informal employment of the population is considered through the prism of various subject approaches, threats to the individual, society, state from informal employment are identified, the value and algorithm of an integral approach to the study of informal labor relations are determined. Discussion and Conclusions: the author of the article comes to the conclusion that a holistic understanding of the phenomenon of informal employment is possible only within the framework of an integrative approach with the identification of economic, social, psychological, etc. determinant.
