Трансформация восприятия проблематики безопасности в приграничном регионе в условиях специальной военной операции

Abstract

Based on the results of sociological monitoring, the article diagnoses the increased importance of security issues in the border region in the context of a special military operation. The subjective decrease in the level of security is partly offset by a high level of trust in government, military and law enforcement agencies. The authors substantiate proposals aimed at increasing security against military-terrorist threats. Among them are a clear gradation of powers and competencies in the field of ensuring the security of various bodies and levels of government with the development of working communication mechanisms between them; inclusion in the process of ensuring the security of public subjects – territorial public self-government, public associations, citizens; development of a methodological base for emergency situations; creation of a reserve of financial, material and human resources in case of emergencies and liquidation of their consequences. The authors note that the high potential of threats of a military-terrorist, criminal, informational, migration and other nature required the inclusion of security issues in a separate area of strategic planning of territorial development.
