The possibility of providing universities with appropriate highly specialized departments that train relevant personnel in the field of digital law is analyzed. The study of the experience of various universities suggests the need to revise the curricula of bachelor's and master's degrees with their subsequent adaptation to the ongoing processes of digitalization, namely, the provision of a number of disciplines related to the legal regulation of digital relations. Abstract

This article examines the issues of current legal education through the prism of the ongoing processes of digital transformation. It is noted that legal education lags far behind digital needs and realities.
