She is currently writing a book about reasons of love and modern moral theory.Patrick Tomlin is professor of philosophy at the University of Warwick. They research topics in ethics and political philosophy, particularly in connection to epistemology and language. Ella is particularly interested in the normative dimensions of salience and attention. Since joining the Invisible Labour Project at Cambridge University in 2019–20, they also write on the philosophy of work.
