STUDENT ETHNOGRAPHIC / ETHNOLOGICAL EXPEDITIONS OF NATIONAL UNIVERSITIES: MEMORIALIZATION AND REFLECTION

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to identify the main trends in historiography related to the process of organizing student ethnological / ethnographic expeditions and to determine their role in the formation of a modern student researcher. The study is based on published academic essays, materials of visual and online projects as well as sources that reflect personal experiences of involvement in student expeditions. The novelty of the study is derived from the need to assess the mechanisms of memorialization and perception of students’ own professional activity.
