Besides, there occur errors in data of previously registered land plots, which causes suspension of cadastral registration, thus, prolongs the cadastre and right registration terms. So, a submitter does not get on time the required document, which affirms their right for an object. In this case the tax collection is not carried out properly, which reduces the efficiency of the cadastral system. The article describes the problems occurring when register errors appear, gives recommendations for their correction in both judicial and non-judicial order. The article substantiates the negative impact of register errors on the rights of individuals and legal entities, who previously registered real estate. Abstract
In the process of cadastre maintenance there appear errors of different kinds.
