Marjan's ad has its own unique thing. This means that there are several values contained in the ad, giving rise to motivation for young people to achieve some motivation to work in the desired field. Marjan's commercials have been well known since 1980 which were produced by PT Suba Indah. In Marjan's 2023 advertisement (part 1 edition), there are several positive values that encourage humanity to be social, one of which is solidarity between humans contained in Marjan's advertisement. The meaning of solidarity itself is individuals between individuals to socialize and care for each other. Solidarity between human beings can be formed if there is a communication and mutual intertwining between individuals and social groups which is the key to mutual understanding between human beings. Communication in increasing solidarity of course there are certain rules so that individuals can develop in these social groups.
