It means, success school in reach destination very depends on leadership head school which capable move all source power which owned school by effective and efficient. Abstract

The Motivating School Program is an effort to realize the vision of Indonesian Education in realizing an advanced Indonesia that is sovereign, independent, and has personality through the creation of Pancasila Students.
