Authenticity, altruism and interactivity of affective dimension have positive influence on the perceived trust of parents. Parents’ perceived usefulness has a positive effect on parents’satisfaction. Abstract

Based on parents’ behavioral intention, the satisfaction of parents is divided into the cognitive dimension of policy interpretation, cue mutual verification, natural language and emotional dimension of authenticity, altruism and interaction.
