This paper will focus on developing catalytic interfaces onto silicon and III-V semiconductor based systems, and exploring the impacts of various microenvironments and reaction conditions on efficiency, selectivity, and durability. Abstract
One means to produce carbon-based fuels and chemicals in a sustainable manner is by means of solar photoelectrochemical (PEC) CO 2 reduction (CO 2 R).
