THE STATE AND DYNAMICS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE HEALTH INSURANCE SERVICES MARKET IN RUSSIA AND OTHER COUNTRIES

Abstract

The article focuses on the current state of the VHI market in Russia, including in comparison with some developed countries with different principles of healthcare systems. The significant lag of Russia in terms of the share of VHI in the total volume of health care expenditures is shown, the main reasons hindering the development of the VHI market in Russia are identified.
