Abstract

This research paper examines the impact of optimizing the business environment on the challenges and issues faced in the development of cross-border e-commerce, as well as the corresponding strategies to overcome them. It explores the concept, development process, and characteristics of cross-border e-commerce, and its relationship with international trade. The paper analyzes the definition, evaluation index system, and existing problems of the business environment, unraveling the underlying mechanisms by which optimizing the business environment influences the development of cross-border e-commerce.
