To this end, a quantitative study was conducted with 197 responses from 23 local children’s centers nationwide that are implementing the ‘Rainbow Box’ cultural and artistic education program. The results of the analysis showed that, first, children’s self-efficacy was higher than workers’ self-efficacy; second, children’s adaptation to school life was more positive than workers’ adaptation to school life. Third, the longer the duration of Rainbow Box participation (training time per session), the higher the children’s perceived self-efficacy and self-recovery resilience. Fourth, children’s self-efficacy and self-resilience increased when they participated because they wanted to. Fifth, while workers believed that online education increased children’s self-efficacy, school adjustment, and self-resilience, children did not see the participation method as an important factor. The significance of this study is that it shows that cultural education in local children’s centers has a positive impact on the development of children in local children’s centers and empirically reveals the positive function of cultural capital. Abstract
