It’s notable that successful aging is a multidimensional construct, with not all facets readily accessible to a majority of seniors. The contours of this achievement exhibit variability from individual to individual, defying uniformity. Tailoring strategies to achieve a fruitful elderly phase based on each senior’s unique circumstances is recommended, particularly considering the prevalence of chronic ailments and disabilities among older adults.
