A cytokine imbalance was also noticed within 24 hours detrimental to the malignant environment of these cells. Abstract

Objectives In this study we explored Bryonia alba as a new anti-cancer agent against liver cancer cells. Material and Methods The Bryonia 6C - an alternative medicine was applied on HepG2 liver cancer cell line to find out its effectiveness indicating morphological and cytokine changes by observing cytopathic effect and RT-PCR study.
