The data collection used includes interviews, observations, and document studies. The occurrence of disruption in the administration of government in e-procurement which was realised in the procurement of campaign props, the realisation of good governance through the involvement of the private sector and the community in government activities, was the application of reinventing government the application of the government's entrepreneurial spirit. This research focused on the procurement of campaign props, and discuss procurement that occurs in the province of Bali. The results of this paper contribute to the government's improvement of the implementation of e-procurement by increasing the involvement of the private sector and optimising the participation of the community in monitoring.
